JITESH MALIK, Esq. is a graduate of the University of Delhi, New
Delhi, India (B.A.); H.N. Bahuguna Garhwal University, Uttranchal,
India (LL.B.); and the State University of New York at Buffalo Law
School (LL.M.) where he also served as the Executive-Editor for the
Buffalo Criminal Law Journal.
As the Founding/Managing Partner of New York (Manhattan) office of
Malik & Popiel, P.C. (jmalik@globallawsolutions.com) Mr. Malik
focuses his practice on business immigration matters and provides
strategic immigration planning to address the needs of the U.S.
employers in obtaining temporary nonimmigrant visas for business
professionals (including managers, executives, physicians, nurses,

Services. Mr. Malik also prepares petitions to the Administrative
Appeals Office, and the Board of Alien Labor Certification Appeals.
Among others, Mr. Malik formerly served as Senior Counsel with the
law firm of Bond, Schoeneck & King, PLLC, (Manhattan, New York) as
well as Immigration Counsel with the Law Offices of Rajiv S. Khanna,
P.C. (Arlington, Virginia) where he focused on business immigration
matters, and various types of federal litigation.
Mr. Malik has written and published various works, which include,

Among others, Mr. Popiel also serves as an Adjunct
Faculty with Hilbert College teaching Immigration Law to
undergraduate students.
Mr. Popiel is a member of the New York State Bar
Association and the American Immigration Lawyers
